We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may ship on the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, total weight, and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the United States.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within Canada.
Estimated Delivery Times
• USA: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 4–10 business days (customs processing may cause delays)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable to their orders. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. We are not able to predict or control these fees.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the issue.
If the matter remains unresolved, contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
After this window, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Carrier Delays
Aquarix is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs inspections.
